Create a mixed media project - anything you'd like, no special theme or subject! But be sure to check the rules page beforehand so you know what kinds of projects we accept and the requirements for your entry. Those not complying won't be considered in judging!
I want to take this time to bid a fond farewell to Emma! She's been with me at Bleeding Art since it started over a year ago - you'll be missed - good luck in your future endeavors!
And with that, we'll be welcoming a new DT starting in March! Meet Nora Paolini!
Hello! My name is Chaitali and I live in Buffalo, NY. I am thankful to Bleeding Art for this wonderful opportunity to be the Guest Designer for this month.
For me, Mixed Media Art started 2 years back as a hobby....but today, it's a passion! I believe "To be creative is to let little pieces of your heart go and place them into each project you make." I adore altering things so I'm sharing my altered bookcover. I have created a fusion of Steampunk and the Wild West. I designed a Wild West assemblage and decorated it with gears and other Steampunk embellishments. I have also used the fabulous Finnabair Art Alchemy Waxes to enhance the look of it. You can view more close up pics and videos of it on my Instagram page.
Hope you like my creation and are inspired in some way to take part in this lovely challenge!
